Halloween

A black and orange theme with green and yellow accents as well as quite a few cats.

Simple mini-profiles fitting the theme (also for the auto-welcome message), a toggle chat and tabbed categories. Space for announcements and an introduction of your forum on the homepage.

Including the default avatar and a staff avatar, two extra Halloween smileys / ranking stars and various theme related icons.
